Sierra Sizing Strip

Print the Sierra sizing strip, cut it out, and wrap it around the finger where you plan to wear the ring. The line on the strip will show your size.

Important: Wrap the strip snugly but without squeezing. Also, consider your knuckle — the ring must be able to pass over it. If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger where the ring will sit, measure your knuckle.

We pack every Sierra order with special attention to detail.

Each piece of jewelry includes a signature Sierra box – size M or XL, depending on the type of item. You will also find a care instruction card, a polishing cloth, and a pouch that is convenient for storing or transporting your jewelry.

We want the moment of receiving the jewelry to be as pleasant as wearing it.

Usually, shipping takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

If the jewelry is sold out at the time of order, our jeweler will create the piece for you within 5–7 business days.

Yes, of course! We can print your photo in our workshop and add it to your order.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.

In-stock items are handed over to the delivery service within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment.

Made-to-order items require 5–7 business days for production and preparation for dispatch. After this, the order is handed over to the chosen delivery service.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the country, destination city, and the chosen delivery service.

Free delivery within Ukraine applies to orders totaling 10,000 UAH or more.

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta services:
— to a branch;
— to a parcel locker, if available;
— by courier to your address.

The delivery cost is calculated according to the rates of the chosen carrier and is displayed during checkout before payment.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide via the following services:

— Ukrposhta;
— Nova Poshta;
— Meest Express.

According to the law of Ukraine, jewelry is not subject to return and exchange.

However, we do exchange goods because we highly value your positive experience with us.

Exchange is possible only if the product's marketable appearance and packaging are preserved.
