How to measure your bracelet size: so it's not too tight or too loose
Bracelets are simpler than rings – there are no knuckles or complex anatomy. But you can still make a mistake, and more often it's on the side of "too tight."
How to measure your wrist circumference

You can do this using our Sierra Bracelet guide file
How much to add to the circumference
There's a nuance here that's missing from most bracelet instructions. The allowance depends on the type of bracelet:
Snug bracelet (tennis, chain without pendants) — add 1–1.5 cm. It will fit snugly on the wrist but won't pinch.
Bracelet with pendants or large elements — add 1.5–2 cm. Pendants start to get in the way if the bracelet is too tight.
Beaded bracelet or stone strand — add 2–2.5 cm. These bracelets are worn loosely.
For example: 16 cm circumference + 1.5 cm = 17.5 cm — the optimal length for most styles.
Adjustable bracelets — a special case
If the description says "size from X to Y cm" — your circumference should be within this range. No allowance needed — the bracelet adjusts itself. Some SIERRA SPACE bracelets have an adjustable length from 14 to 21 cm — suitable for almost any wrist without trying it on.
If you are buying as a gift and don't know the size
The average wrist circumference for women in Ukraine is 15–17 cm. If the person has an average build — a 17–18 cm bracelet is highly likely to fit. If the wrist is clearly thin — 16–17 cm. An adjustable bracelet eliminates this question completely.
